Niram policy

Terms of Service

These Terms establish the rules that keep Niram useful, respectful and safe.

Effective and last updated: 2 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or using Niram, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Safety Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and permitted to use a dating service under applicable law. You may maintain only genuine accounts that belong to you. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

3. Community conduct

You may not use Niram to:

You must respect consent and boundaries. A match or message never implies consent to sexual activity, financial requests, or contact outside Niram.

4. User content and moderation

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Niram a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for your content.

Niram may review profiles, messages, reports and relevant account activity; restrict visibility; remove content; require verification; suspend features; preserve evidence; or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, prevent fraud or comply with law. Use the in-app safety menu to report or block a member. Knowingly false, malicious or retaliatory reports are prohibited.

5. Subscriptions

Optional paid features are offered through Google Play. Prices, billing periods and trial terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before renewal. Deleting Niram does not necessarily cancel a Google Play subscription; manage cancellation in your Google Play subscriptions settings. Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s terms and applicable law.

6. Safety

Niram cannot conduct complete background checks or guarantee another member’s identity, intentions or conduct. Exercise judgement, protect financial and personal information, meet in public places, and report concerning behaviour. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Niram reliable, but features may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, successful matching, compatibility or any particular outcome.

8. Suspension, termination and deletion

You may stop using Niram or delete your account at any time. Niram may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risks, fraud, legal requirements or material harm to the service. Sections that by nature should survive termination—including safety, content, payments, liability and dispute provisions—continue to apply.

9. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niram is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, another member’s conduct, or events outside reasonable control. Applicable mandatory consumer-protection law remains unaffected.

10. Changes and questions

We may update these Terms for legal, safety or service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions or concerns may be submitted using Niram’s in-app reporting mechanism.
